Universal Batteries & 510 Threaded Cartridges

Dr. Dabber CBD Introduction

Dr. Dabber CBD Distillate Cartridges are personal aromatherapy diffusers filled with a broad spectrum hemp distillate and signature terpene blend. Built with premium, non toxic materials, Dr. Dabber Distillate Cartridges also provide adjustable airflow to customize your aromatherapy experience. Dr. Dabber diffusers are intended to compliment an everyday lifestyle with a simple, high-quality and third-party tested aromatherapy option.

The Basics

All of our electronic units come with lithium-ion batteries. The Dr. Dabber Universal Battery comes with a 5 click on/off safety feature to ensure your battery is only on when you want it to be. This is most convenient for users who carry their pen in a pocket, bag, purse, etc.
Click the multi-use button 5 times rapidly to turn on/off the battery power. The button LED will illuminate while depressed if the battery is on. Press and hold the button to initiate heat with the atomizer, the LED should remain on during this process and blink when the cutoff has been reached. A safety cutoff is employed to avoid overheating or burning after 15 seconds.
The Dr. Dabber Universal Battery comes equipped with 3 voltages settings and a preheat mode. To change the power setting, click the multi-use button 3 times. The LED will pulse 3 times indicating the change in voltage. The voltage settings are identified by colored LEDs. Green represents 2.4v (Low), Cyan is 3.0v (Medium), Yellow is 3.7v (High).

Using Your Pen

1. Break the security seal and remove the distillate cartridge from the packaging. The cartridge comes covered with silicone caps at both ends of the cartridge. Remove these caps, and set aside, replace these caps when storing your cartridge or when the cartridge is not attached to the battery.
2. Turn on the universal battery with 5 clicks of the multi-use button and affix your cartridge to the battery. Tighten by hand, but do not over tighten. Once the cartridge stops turning, it is in place and ready for the next step.
3. Set the heat on your battery by clicking the multi-use button 3 times.
4. Press and hold the multi-use button while inhaling for up to 15 seconds.

The aromatic experience can be personalized by either lowering or raising the power settings as well as adjusting the top airflow regulator. Adjusting this regulator effects the air to vapor ratio.

Preheat Mode

Click the multi-use button 2 times to initiate the preheat cycle. The preheat setting is used to warm up the hemp oil distillate, increasing the flow rate into the ceramic heating element. This setting comes in handy when your cartridge is exposed to very low temperatures.

The preheat cycle can additionally be used as a “session mode.” Since the preheat cycle will provide power at 2.1v for 15 seconds, many people like to use this for terpene heavy draws.

Preheat mode may be canceled by clicking the power button during a heating cycle.

Cartridge Content

Dr. Dabber Distillate Cartridges are filled with U.S. Grown Broad Spectrum Hemp CBD Distillate and a Signature Terpene Blend crafted by our friends at TrueTerpenes.

CBD, also known as cannabidiol, is one of many non-psychoactive cannabinoids found naturally in the flowers, leaves and stems of the hemp plant. Our hemp is sourced from USDA certified farmers from across the United States, including New York, Oregon, Colorado, Nevada, and Washington. We only use US grown hemp, and will never import material from outside of the United States.  Dr. Dabber Distillate Cartridges contain approximately 250mg of naturally occurring broad spectrum cannabinoids. This spectrum includes a ratio of CBD, CBN, CBG & CBC.

DOES NOT CONTAIN PG, PEG, VG, or MCT!

Difference Between Full Spectrum & Broad Spectrum

Full-spectrum hemp distillates contain more than a single naturally occurring cannabinoid. Generally, these concentrates contain the entire spectrum of cannabinoids, terpenes and flavonoids that originate in the starting botanical material. This may include various levels of THCa, Δ9-THC, CBDa, CBD, CBC, CBG, CBN, THCV, Δ8-THC, CBGa & CBDV.

The main concern for consumers when using full-spectrum hemp oil is the amount of residual THC found in the concentrate. Our distillate is a bit different than your standard full-spectrum hemp oil. We spend additional time and resources to extract the full range of cannabinoids, while eliminating the residual THC that produces psychoactivity. This is also known as a broad spectrum distillate. It contains a specific mixture of naturally occurring cannabinoids, terpenes and flavonoids, but not everything from the original material.

What Experience Can Be Expected From Each Blend?

Original: Our signature terpene blend bringing notes of citrus, candied fruit and sour seeded berries. Both satisfying and subtle, we believe this is the perfect aromatic blend.

Citrus: Awaken your taste buds with this citrus dominant blend. Hints of Florida orange blossoms and honey suckle pair perfectly with citrus notes including grapefruit, lemons and lime.

Fresh: A refreshing and bright expression of everything green. Notes of pine, mint, cucumbers and fresh cut grass transport your senses straight into the summer.

Robust: Bold tones of bourbon, violets, and earth give this terpene blend a very complex and rich flavor profile. This full-bodied cartridge was made for someone looking for a savory experience.

Third-Party Tested

All of our Distillate Cartridges are tested by a third-party laboratory. These testing results are available to consumers by scanning the QR code on the back of the packaging or entering the batch number online. We believe transparency is key, and are excited to share the quality of our personal aromatic diffusers. Each batch of hemp oil is tested for cannabinoid and terpene content, heavy metals, pesticides, herbicides, and residual solvents. We never use fillers like PG, PEG, VG, MCT or Vitamin E Acetate in our distillate cartridges.

Can The Universal Battery Be Used With Any Other Cartridge?

Yes, the Universal Battery should be the last 510 threaded battery you need to buy. With 3 voltage settings, a pre-heat mode, and our signature warranty program, this is the perfect battery for almost any cartridge on the market.

What Types Of Batteries Can I Use With A Distillate Cartridge?

We recommend using the Dr. Dabber Distillate Cartridge with a variable voltage, manual operation, 510 threaded battery. The cartridge is equipped with a top airflow regulator, providing the user the ability to personalize their experience with not only voltage, but to air to vapor ratio as well.

Troubleshooting

Make sure your battery is fully charged for best results.

Remove the cartridge from the battery and ensure there is no debris between the contact and the battery, then reattach. This will help with any faulty connections or misfires.

Make sure your cartridge is not threaded too tightly to the battery. About finger tight is recommended.

Clean all connection points between the cartridge and the battery with a cotton swab and ISO alcohol. Clean out any residue from the airflow regulator.

Check the firing pin on the battery for damage or residue.

Make sure your battery is powered on with 5 rapid clicks of the power button. The battery is on when the light illuminates while the power button is depressed.
