What is Titanium Technology?
Titanium Technology is the driving force behind Dr. Dabber's incredible flavor. By employing Grade 2 titanium in our Ghost, Ghost Ceramic, Light, Globe and Glass atomizer coils, we are able to heat at a much lower temperature. This low temp, high resistance setup results in your heating coils staying at ideal temperature for longer, ensuring you do not burn your essential oils.
What is Induction Heating?
The SWITCH is our first induction heating unit capable of vaporizing oil or leaf materials with precise power & carefully calibrated temperature profiles. In technical terms, induction heating is a precision directed energy delivery system using electromagnetic coupling to transmit energy in the form of an oscillating magnetic field into the induction cups. Advanced electronics are employed to create a high frequency alternating magnetic field. The magnetic field is absorbed by the induction cups. During this process of absorbing the induced magnetic field, heat is created. Utilizing induction heating means the SWITCH has a number of advantages including extremely fast heat up times, no exposed electronics, and no atomizer that needs to be replaced over time.
How do I load the vaporizer pen?
We recommend loading a rice sized quantity directly onto the coil. Avoid overloading. Overloading may result in wasted product, potential atomizer leakage leading to failure, and may restrict airflow and in turn, produce less vapor. Avoid touching the coil with the loading tool, as metal-on-metal contact can short out the connection. The Stella atomizer is slightly larger, so we recommend about half a pea sized quantity. Furthermore, atomizers will begin to "season" overtime, allowing them to produce more vapor with less product.
How long does the battery last?
Depending on your vaping habits, the Dr. Dabber Stella will deliver about 40 heating cycles on a single charge. The Dr. Dabber Ghost will deliver about 50 heating cycles on a single charge. The Dr. Dabber Light will deliver about 30 heating cycles on a single charge. The Dr. Dabber Boost Evo will deliver about 60 heating cycles on a single charge. The Dr. Dabber XS will deliver about 30 heating cycles on a single charge. The Dr. Dabber Switch can reach 100 plus heating cycles on a single charge.
How long does it take to charge the battery?
The vaporizer pens (Aurora, Ghost, Light) should be fully charged in about 2 hours. The Dr. Dabber Switch, Boost Evo, XS, and Stella take about 1 hour to fully charge and have pass through charging. Your unit should come with some charge in the battery, but we recommend fully charging all units prior to first use. To extend the overall lifespan of your batteries, we recommend charging them as soon as they reach 25% or less charge and removing them from the charger as soon as they are fully charged.
How often do I need to replace the atomizer?
Depending on usage and cleaning habits, Stella, XS, and Boost Evo atomizers will last anywhere between 2-12 months. Ghost and Light atomizers will last between 2-6 months before needing replacement. We do not suggest using the dab tool to clean your chamber. Do not dry burn atomizers to extend the life and flavor of these parts. There should always be a small amount of oil on the coils while in use. The Switch does not use atomizers that need to be replaced.
How does the heating element in the pen work?
The battery is responsible for relaying a stable temperature to the titanium coil inside the atomizer as you hold down the button. This coil heats to the ideal temperature for vaporizing waxes and oils. Our pens employ a safety feature that shuts off the heating element after a 15 second button hold to avoid it getting too hot and destroying your essential oils.
Is a 5 second initial burn off recommended like other pens?
No, there is nothing to burn off in our units and our atomizers and induction cups do not off gas in any way. However, we absolutely recommend you hold down the button for 1-2 seconds to make sure the coils glow before loading it for the first time. Once material is applied to the atomizer, we can not offer support or returns on the atomizer component as they are not covered under our warranty.
How do I clean my vaporizer pen?
We recommend using a cotton swab and 91% or higher ISO alcohol to clean your unit and atomizers. Do NOT use the loading tool to scrape the atomizer coils, as it is very easy to catch the wick/coil and tear it out of its connectors. This will render the atomizer useless immediately. How does the warranty replacement process work?
We offer a 1 year warranty on all batteries, chargers, and electrical components. We offer a 2 year warranty on our Switch unit. Glass, atomizers, nails, induction cups, CBD cartridges, and cosmetic issues are not covered under our warranty. Please contact our Customer Service Department to open a warranty claim by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number or your shipping address, full name and description of issue. All 3rd party purchases will be required to provide proof of purchase. Requests will generally receive a response within two business days.

Is warranty valid on eBay and Amazon purchases?
Dr. Dabber does not have any authorized retailers on eBay or Amazon, so any items purchased from these marketplaces are NOT covered under warranty. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns.
How long does shipping take?
Processing time is generally between 2-4 business days before your order is shipped. Domestic shipping takes between 2-10 business days depending on your location. International shipping will take longer to arrive depending on location. Our business hours are Monday-Friday 10 am to 5 pm PST.
Is shipping discreet?
We do what we can to ensure that your package is shipped as discreetly as possible. The return address on our packages lists us as "DDI", and there is no other identifying information or markings on the packages that we ship.
Why was I charged custom fees?
All international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes at the receiver's expense. This rate is determined by the receiving country and Dr. Dabber has no control over these fees.
Why was my transaction declined but it looks like the money was taken out of my bank account?
Our credit card merchant (as with most others), uses a 'Capture and Authorize' system, which essentially checks to ensure the funds are available, then puts a temporary hold on that amount until the billing address verification process is completed. If there are any issues with the billing address, the transaction will be declined, but the hold may not be lifted for 2-7 business days. This hold is entirely on your financial institution's end, so we do not have access to these funds at any point.
Returns and Refunds
Returns will ONLY be accepted within 30 days of purchase in UNOPENED NEW CONDITION. Returns MUST be authorized before being sent and will be subject to a standard 15% restocking fee. Contact us to process a return. There are NO returns on products that have been opened and/or used. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. Refunds can only be processed if purchased directly from drdabber.com

Digital Currency Refunds
Due to the complexity of blockchain transactions, there are absolutely NO REFUNDS on purchases made in bitcoin, ethereum, litecoin, dogecoin, etc.
Are these smoking cessation devices?
Dr. Dabber products are not designed as smoking cessation devices and should not be used with e-liquids or any other nicotine product. We do not recommend products that use Vegetable Glycerin or Propylene Glycol in our atomizers.
