How long does shipping take?
We request 2-4 business days of processing time before your order is shipped, no matter what shipping option is selected. Delivery dates shown on our website are an estimated time of arrival and shipments may arrive later then the estimated date. Domestic shipping takes between 2-10 business days depending on your location and shipping option. International shipping will take longer to arrive depending on location. Our business hours are Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm PST.

*All international orders may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes at the receiver's expense. This rate is determined by the receiving country and shipping carrier.*
Worry-Free Delivery
We offer shipping and damaged product protection, for an additional 2% charge on the order subtotal, at checkout. Customers who purchase this additional coverage are eligible for a full refund if your order doesn’t arrive as described, including loss or damage during transit. To file a claim, please contact the resolution center with the link below.
Holidays and Sales
We value all of our Dr. Dabber family, including our in-house staff who enjoy weekends and most federal holidays free from work. We appreciate your patience during these periods. We do everything that we reasonably can to get your package to you as quickly as possible.
Discreet Packaging
We do what we can to ensure that your package is shipped as discreetly as possible. The return address on our packages lists us as "DRD" and there are no other identifying markings or information on the packages that we ship.

Lost or Stolen Shipments
Dr. Dabber is not liable nor will provide refunds or re-shipments for packages marked delivered by our shipping carriers. Your best course of action is to contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number and open a claim with them. If this is an ongoing issue, it may be best to have packages held at the local post office for pickup.
Shipments lost in transit will only be re-shipped when a claim with the mail carrier has been provided to us and 30 days has passed from shipment date.
Third Party Retailers
Dr. Dabber products can be found in third party brick and mortar stores and websites. Third party purchases are covered under our warranty program. Check our store locator for shops in your area. We recommend calling ahead to confirm they carry our products.
