Warranty, Returns, & Cancellations


Returns will ONLY be accepted within 30 days of purchase in UNOPENED NEW CONDITION. Returns MUST be authorized before being sent and will be subject to a standard 15% restocking fee. Contact us at info@drdabber.com to process a return. There are NO returns on products that have been opened and/or used. Shipping fees are nonrefundable once an order is marked as delivered. Refunds can only be processed if purchased directly from DrDabber.com

*Dr. Dabber does not cover return postage for returns for refund/credit and the buyer will be responsible for all associated costs.*

Digital Currency Refunds

Due to the complexity of blockchain transactions, there are absolutely NO REFUNDS on purchases made in Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, etc.

Declined Transactions

Our credit card merchant (as with most others), uses a 'Capture and Authorize' system, which essentially checks to ensure the funds are available, then puts a temporary hold on that amount until the billing address verification process is complete. If there are any issues with the billing address, the transaction will be declined, but the hold may not be lifted for 2-7 business days. This hold is entirely on your financial institution's end and we do not have access to these funds at any point.

Make sure that all billing details match exactly with the card issuer or banking institute associated with the debit/credit card to avoid declined transactions.

Discount Codes

Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with another discount, during a sale period, on limited edition products or already discounted bundles.

We offer active duty and retired military, first responder, and teacher discounts directly on our website. Scroll to the bottom of any page and click the "Military" tab.

Warranty Program

We offer a 1 year warranty on all batteries, chargers, and electrical components. We offer a 2 year warranty on our Switch unit. Glass, atomizers, nails, induction cups, CBD cartridges, damage caused by improper use of the unit, and cosmetic issues are not covered under our warranty. If you have any issues with our products, please contact our Customer Service Department by emailing info@drdabber.com with your order number or your shipping address, full name and description of issue. All 3rd party purchases will be required to provide proof of purchase. Requests will generally receive a response within two business days.

*Dr. Dabber warranty coverage is non-transferable and only applies to the original customer or gift recipient.*

*Dr. Dabber does not cover international return postage for warranty claims and the buyer will be responsible for all associated costs.

*Dr. Dabber does not offer warranty on glass once it has been used, filled with water, and/or past 30 days of purchase.*

*Switch main unit warranties are required to return the unit for repair.*

*Any item(s) replaced under warranty must be returned to Dr. Dabber for inspection and disposal. We recycle all returns in an earth friendly manner. Warranty does not cover lost or stolen items.*

*Unfortunately, we no longer carry or cover the Aurora, OG Boost, & Boost Black units under our warranty.*
