How to Use Your Switch²
1. Quartz insert will already be installed in the unit upon first use. If you need to install insert, remove the top aluminum crown and place insert inside the titanium heating chamber. Reinstall aluminum crown and firmly attach to unit. Glass must be removed before removing the aluminum crown.
2. Remove glass attachment from the unit. Fill glass attachment with water and install glass to Switch² unit. Glass attachment vapor pathway should be lined up towards the unit indicated by the line on the back of the glass attachment.
3. Power on the Switch² with the power switch located on the back of the unit. LED lights above power switch indicate battery life.
4. Remove magnetic carb cap and load insert with desired concentrates using the supplied Drop loading tool. We recommend about a rice sized amount, but the Switch² can handle up to full gram loads.
5. Select heat setting with (+) or (-) buttons.
6. Place carb cap on heating chamber and press the (d) button. The LEDs will pulse Red to indicate heating and Green when Switch² reaches desired temperature. Take long, slow drags for best results.
Enjoy Vapor.
A heating cycle may be canceled at any time with one click of the (d) button.
The vapor travels directly from the insert to the glass attachment via a glazed alumina ceramic vapor pathway. The vapor pathway is easy to clean and will not degrade flavor or absorb oils.
When using the Drop loading tool, avoid putting the tip of the loading tool directly in the insert. Hover the loading tool above the insert and click the button once to heat the concentrate on the tip and drop it into the insert. Do not scrape the tool on the edge of the insert as the electronics in Switch² can be damaged if the battery powered Drop comes in contact with the induction field.
Drop user manual and knowledge base can be found here.
We recommend pre-loading your materials in the insert for best results. Pre-loading is convenient and helps preserve the flavor and terpenes in your concentrates.
When removing inserts from the unit, avoid grabbing them by the vapor pathway holes to avoid damaging the insert. Always use the supplied tweezers to remove the insert and be very careful when removing, as both the quartz and the sapphire inserts are very fragile and can break easily.
When removing the glass attachment, rest both hands on top of the crown and gently push upwards from the bottom of the glass attachment with your thumbs to remove. Never pull up from the mouthpiece to remove the glass attachment as it can break and cause injury.
We recommend filling your glass attachments with water just above the perc holes. Remove the glass attachment from the unit and fill the water from the mouthpiece until it has reached the appropriate level. Over-filling the glass attachment may cause splashback. You may add more or less water depending on your draw strength. We recommend taking long, slow drags for best results. Using water in the glass attachment cools and filters vapor for a cleaner and smoother hit.
The top and back of the unit can become warm to the touch after multiple uses. We recommend letting your unit cool down for about 20 minutes after running 3 or more consecutive heating cycles. If excessive heat occurs, discontinue use of the unit until it cools to room temperature.

The Switch² offers 3 different Dynamic Heating Profiles. Heating profile can be selected in app.
Descent: The temperature will slowly decrease once it reaches the set temperature by the user. This heating profile simulates the thermal decay of a banger, naturally cooling as time passes. This is the default setting.
Ascent: The temperature will slowly increase once it reaches the set temperature by the user. This heating profile simulates torching the banger as you inhale, increasing temperature consistently during the hold time.
Steady: The unit will adjust the temperature to hold steady throughout the entire heating cycle. This heating profile is how most eRigs function.
Switch² will remember the last temp setting and heating profile after you close the app and/or turn the unit on/off. No need to reset the temp and profile each time.
Charging The Battery
The Switch² can reach up to 50 heating cycles on a single charge and a full charge takes about 1 hour. Unit comes with a 36 watt USB-C quick charging cable and adapter. Battery level is indicated on the back of the unit by the 3 LED lights above the charging port. The lights will pulse to indicate charging and all 3 lights will fully illuminate to indicate a full charge. Exact battery percentage can be found in app. Unit will blink three 3 times WHITE before a heating cycle to indicate low battery.

2 |
66%-100% |
3 |
The Switch² provides passthrough charging, which means you may continue to use your unit while it charges.
The unit has an auto shut-off feature (sleep mode) built in to save battery. Default auto shut-off is 15 minutes, but can be customized or disabled in app. Click any button on the unit to wake it up from sleep mode.
We only recommend charging your unit once it reaches less than a 15% charge (bottom light will pulse) and removing your unit from the charger as soon as it is fully charged. This will help extend the overall lifespan of your battery. Leaving your unit plugged in for extended periods will shorten the lifespan of the battery.
We only recommend using the official charging cable and adapter that come with your unit for best results.
Higher heat settings, extended hold times, and higher LED brightness will decrease battery life quicker.
Keeping it Clean
Keep your Switch² unit and inserts clean for long-term use and overall performance. Remove the glass attachment, aluminum crown, and insert from the unit. Heating chamber and vapor pathway are surrounded by glazed ceramic. Using a cotton swab or paper towel dipped in isopropyl alcohol (ISO), clean any residue in and around the heating chamber, vapor pathway, and aluminum crown. Silicone seals on aluminum crown and carb cap can be removed for cleaning. We recommend 91% or higher ISO for best results. Let all parts air dry completely before use.
We recommend using a cotton swab to clean out inserts after every session. This will help preserve the lifespan and flavor of these parts. First use a dry cotton swab immediately after every dab. Then use a cotton swab dipped in ISO, while the insert is still warm, to remove any leftover residue. Removing the insert is not required for regular maintenance/cotton swabbing and is only recommended when absolutely necessary. NEVER remove the insert when it is hot. Wait for the unit to cool down after use before removing to avoid burns.
Do NOT use ISO on the outer shell of Switch² unit as it will damage the Blue Onyx finish. If necessary, use a damp paper towel with a small amount of dish soap to wipe down the body, making sure to avoid water entering the charging port.
To fully clean glass attachments, fill with ISO and shake vigorously until all blemishes are removed. You may need to repeat this step. We recommend 91% or higher ISO for best results. Completely rinse with warm water and let air dry.
We do NOT recommend using a torch to clean inserts. Inserts are NOT covered under warranty. Torch at your own risk.
